Increasing nurse certifications start with the 3-Prong Approach

How the Journey Began

Checking their patient's record before heading in for surgery
Abstract Isometric

For decades, a telemetry unit at a prestigious hospital struggled to gain nurse specialty certifications. Prior to 2019, 0% of eligible nurses were cardiac certified despite years of effort and money spent on review classes.

But then suddenly it all clicked.

After implementing the 3-Prong Approach, nurse certification rates sky-rocketed! By 2021, the nurse certification rates increased to 55%.

Every year, the 3-Prong Approach is re-used to continue certification rate growth!
